Welcome to The Candle & Chill Experience — a relaxed, social candle-making party where creativity meets connection. Candle & Chill invites guests to unwind, create custom candles, and enjoy an elevated yet laid-back vibe.

What’s Included:

Every Candle & Chill Experience includes:

  • Guided candle-making workshop (60–90 minutes)
  • One custom 8 oz candle per guest
  • Access to our curated scent bar
  • Custom scent blending (up to two fragrances)
  • Personalized candle label or scent name card
  • All materials and supplies provided
  • Take-home candle with care instructions
  • Wine/Cocktail service included (Must be 21 years old to consume.)
  • Wine tasting or games and interactive fun tailored to the theme of the event

Event Details

  • Minimum of 6 guests required
  • Events last approximately 90–120 minutes to allow time for candle-making, games, and socializing
  • Full payment is required at booking to secure your date and guest spots
  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a future date with at least 72 hours’ notice
  • Guest count is locked in at booking to ensure proper supplies and staffing
  • Travel fees apply for mobile events and are included in your final booking total

Candle & Chill isn’t just about pouring — it’s about the vibe. Each event includes fun, lighthearted games designed to keep energy high and guests engaged.

Game options may include:

  • Candle-themed trivia
  • “Name That Scent” challenge
  • Icebreaker games (perfect for mixed groups)
  • Prize giveaways or bragging-rights winners

Games can be tailored to the theme of the event to enhance the celebration and create a fully personalized experience.

Games are hosted during candle cooling time to keep the experience flowing smoothly and fun from start to finish.

Wine Tasting Experience

Elevate your Candle & Chill Experience with a guided Wine Tasting Activity, designed for guests who want to explore, sip, and savor in a more interactive way.

This optional activity includes a curated tasting of select wines, allowing guests to sample multiple varieties while learning about fragrance pairings, aroma notes, and personal scent preferences. As guests engage their sense of smell and taste, they’ll discover how fragrance and wine share similar scent profiles—making this a perfect complement to the candle-making process.

Guests will be guided through each tasting, encouraging conversation, exploration, and fun interaction.

Important Note:
Wine and non-alcoholic beverages are served at all Candle & Chill Experience events. The Wine Tasting Experience is an enhanced activity option that focuses on sampling and guided exploration.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Extra candle per guest: +$15
  • Expanded scent bar: +$5 per guest
  • Custom event labels: +$5 per candle
  • Premium wine upgrade: $15 per guest

How to Book

  3. Pay for your event
  4. I will contact you to finalize the theme and preferred drinks
  5. Show up, chill, pour, sip, and enjoy! We handle the rest

Important Notes

  1. A third-party vendor provides charcuterie
  2. Wine purchases support education foundations and other non-profit organizations. Bottles of wine can be purchased/ordered. 
  3. Must be 21 years old to drink wine. Sparkling/Mocktail options will be provided as an alternative. 
  4. Food allergies and dietary needs are handled directly with the food vendor
  5. Participants must follow all safety instructions during the candle-making process
