Scents By Me Candle-Making Party Agreement

*A copy of this policy will be emailed to you. 

Guest Minimum

  • Minimum of 6 guests required per event.
  • Final guest count cannot be reduced after confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • One-time reschedule allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit all payments.

Event Duration

  • Events last approximately 90–120 minutes.
  • Late arrivals may shorten instruction time.

Charcuterie Disclaimer

  • Scents By Me partners with a third-party vendor for charcuterie services.
  • All food-related inquiries, dietary restrictions, and liability are managed by the food vendor.
  • Scents By Me is not responsible for food allergies.

Wine / Cockatails

  • Alcoholic beverages can only be consumed by attendees 21 years old and older. 
  • Non-alcoholic alternatives will be provided.
  • Bottles of wine will be made available for purchase or order. 

Safety

  • Open flame and hot wax will be used.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided.
  • Scents By Me is not responsible for injuries due to failure to comply.


Games & Wine Tasting Experience

  • A representative will contact you to finalize your experience. 
  • Eligible guests can order wine shipped directly to their homes. 
  • The owner of Kr8tively ME is a wine rep with One Hope Wine. 

Host Cancellation Policy 

Host Right to Cancel

The Candle & Chill Experience reserves the absolute right to cancel, reschedule, or terminate any event at its sole discretion. 

In the event that The Candle & Chill Experience cancels an event, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

No additional compensation or damages will be owed.

Agreement Acceptance
By booking, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
