Sweet Treats Order Policy

By placing an order with Kr8tively ME, you agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and sweet treats, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Custom Orders & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all medium, large, and custom sweet treat orders.
  • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure your date and begin the order process.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the pickup or delivery date. Orders not paid in full by this time may be canceled, and deposits will be forfeited.
  • Orders less than $50 must be paid in full 3 days prior to pick up. 

Themes, Colors & Creative Design

Customers are welcome to provide a theme, color scheme, and general inspiration for their custom order. However, final decoration and design are at the creative discretion of Kr8tively ME to ensure the best aesthetic and quality outcome.


Order Timeframes

  • Please place all custom orders at least 7-10 days in advance.
  • Rush orders (less than 5 days’ notice) may be accepted depending on availability but are subject to a rush fee.
  • Rush Fee: $25 or 25% of the total order (whichever is greater) will be applied to orders placed with less than 5 days' notice, depending on availability.

Pickups & Delivery

  • Weekend Pickups Only
  • Local pickup times will be scheduled in advance. Any late pickups beyond the agreed time may result in a fee.
  • We allow a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled pickups. If more than 15 minutes late, your order may be considered forfeited at the discretion of Kr8tively ME. Please communicate any delays as early as possible.
  • Delivery may be available for an additional fee and must be scheduled at the time of order. Kr8tively ME is not responsible for items after they have been picked up or delivered.
  • Local delivery is available starting at $10 for locations within 10 miles of our pickup site. Additional mileage will incur an extra charge of $1.50 per mile round trip. Delivery fees must be paid in full prior to drop-off. Delivery availability is limited and must be scheduled in advance.

Setup Fee

A setup fee of $35 and above is required to set up for your event. This depends on the setup design. The setup fee covers our time and effort to:

  • Arrive early to arrange treats
  • Style/display the dessert table
  • Use display items (platters, risers, signage)
  • Clean up items after the event (if applicable) 
  • Additionally, a refundable deposit of ($25-100 depending on display items) will be required to ensure products used for the display are returned in continued usable condition. THIS IS AN EXTRA COST THAT WILL BE REFUNDED ACCORDING TO THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS!

Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are made in a kitchen that uses common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat. We do not guarantee allergen-free items and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.


Storage & Handling

Once sweet treats leave our care, Kr8tively ME is not responsible for any damages due to improper handling, storage, or transportation. Keep treats in a cool, dry place and follow any care instructions provided.
